Progress on the Turtle Banks

Hurd of turtles with final spray coat - now ready for PVC plexiglass windows.

End of an era?
Maybe

As the picture shows, Sam's has changed it's syrup supplier.  Mrs. Butterworth's Original Syrup (Rich and Creamy) came in the perfect size tray to fit in Xerox "paper" boxes.  The box held 4 2-packs of syrup.  We have used and enjoyed these boxes/trays for several years on the Toy making Product Line.  They now will be obsolete and impossible to find.  Mrs. Butterworth's is being  replaced by a smaller box containing 3 2-packs.

So now the quest for the next perfect size box has begun...

Stay tuned...

Wood turning SIG is being planned for Jan 2023 at the Brown's Shop.  Details later.

Toy Distribution Day is set for Saturday Dec 3, 2022.

The date for the Christmas Potluck is one week after Toy Distribution Day so is Saturday Dec 10 at the Nemo Community Center.

Grant shared a tip with us regarding electrical repars. When replacing wires such as a cable, leave the old wires connected to terminals.  Then cut the old  cable a few inches back and replace the old wires one at a time with new wires from the new cable.  That way you can just match up the colors and reduce the chances of a mis-wire.
