Parts List:
A Wood Knob – 1 ¼” diameter
B Wheel – 1 ¼” Diameter
C Post – ½” dowel x 11 ½” long
D Cross Bar – ¼” dowel x 9” long
E Base – 3” x 3” x 1 ½” thick
Quantity: 200 each part
1. Drill ½” hole in center of Wheel B. Use wheel holding jig.
Remove blue tape and manufacturer's label from post.
3. Cut Base E to size, then drill a ½” hole – ¾” deep in the center of each base, using a ½” Forstner bit. Sand as needed, round over top and vertical edges with 3/16” round over bit.

4. Cut Cross Bar D to length. Then round over the ends of the crossbar – setup a jig, using a strip of wood less than ¼” thick, on router table, use 1/8” round over bit. Rotate dowel at bit with large eraser stick.
5. Round over the bottom end of Post C – setup a jig, using a strip of wood less than ½” thick, on router table, use 3/16” round over bit. Rotate dowel at bit with large eraser stick.
6. Glue Wood Knob A to Wheel B (This becomes sub-assembly A-B.)
7. Glue Post C to sub-assembly A-B (this becomes Post Assembly A-B-C)
8. Finish as needed with clear lacquer, or other appropriate finish.
9. Deliver in three pieces: Post Assembly (A-B-C), Crossbar (D), and Base (E)
