We held our fifteenth Toy Workshop (TWS) for 2024 on Saturday Aug 24, 2024, from 9:00 to 12:00 am. This was held at the Wood Shop at 910 Wood Ave in Rapid City. The shop is in the basement of the annex to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
It was a beautiful day with the temperature at 83 expecting 98 degrees. We worked inside today handsanding, scrollsawing toys, building tugboats, installing regular wheels and truck wheels, and drilling rotor holes, and outside sanding, cutting and routering.
The attendees at today's workshop (26) included Stu, Nick, Harley, Keith, Grant, Al, John, Jerry, Patsy, Bob B, Kathie, Cleon, Ken, Julian, Frank, Keith. Jim Burk, Jim Brown, Maggie, Darwin, Lauree, Dee, Mary Jo, Lon, Russ, and Roy.
