Tasks to prepare for workshop: Sealer on wheeled vehicles, spray paint axles, finish wheels. Fabricate basketball backboards. Fabricate Helicopter Rotors on CNC. Sand Wings for Airplanes.
Tasks completed:
- Wheels installed on 139 Wheeled Toys
- Toys received ready for sealing
- Toys rounded over on router
- Toys rough sanded on RIGID sander
- Traced-toys cut to shape on scrollsaws
- Windows drilled in toys
- Axles drilled in toys
- Eyes drilled in push toys
- Basketball backboards milled - routered edges, drilled post hole, and drilled hoop screws
- Critters sanded and routered
- Wheeled toys sanded by hand after sealing and now ready for final spraying.
Toy Program Status. Toys completed and in inventory at the beginning of the workshop: 793.
There were 139 toys moved to inventory after this workshop, bring the total completed to: 932.
Tasks to complete for next week's workshop:
- Final Spray on 35 jewelry boxes made by Mary and Danny Green.
- Final Spray on several boxes of wheeled vehicles/wooden toys.
- Sealer on several boxes of wheeled vehicles/wooden toys.
- Final spray on helicopter rotors.
- Bring jig for drilling holes in airplane wings.
- Spray wheels for the several boxes of wheeled vehicles and wooden toys that will be ready.
- Mill the basketball back boards with a 1/16" deep x 3/4" groove for positioning the hoops during assembly.
