2016 Toy Making Marathon - Week 2 - Sept 17, 2016

Toy Workshop 9-17-2016 at CFB Shop – 9 to noon

Attendees (17):  Al Oines, Danny and Mary Green, Paul Douglas, Bob Buchanan, Rollie Lynde, Lauree and Darwin Buus, Frank DiCesare, Julian Wigen, Lloyd Potter, Jerry Norsen, Joan Bares, Richard Rasmussen, Lon Gose, Harley Schmadeke and Rick Weisbeck

Tasks to prepare for workshop:  Sealer on wheeled vehicles, spray paint axles, finish wheels.  Fabricate basketball game launchers.  Trace toys on pine blanks.

Tasks completed: Wheels installed on Wheeled Toys, toys received ready for sealing, toys rounded over on router, toys rough sanded on RIGID sander, traced-toys cut to shape on scrollsaws, windows drilled in toys, axles drilled in toys, eyes drilled in push toys, launchers installed on basketball games, critters sanded and routered, wheeled toys sanded by hand after sealing and now ready for final spraying.

Toys completed and in inventory at the beginning of the workshop:  633.
There were 160 toys moved to inventory after this workshop, bring the total completed to:  793.
