The second week of our fall toy-making marathon!

Activities:
Critters - sand flat sides and router edges with trim routers on tables using 1/8" round-over bits
Sanding - toys with Rigid Sander
Sanding - flat sides with stationary belt sander
Routering - edges of toys with round-over bits
Sanding - toys by hand after sealed
Sanding airplane wings
Sanding basketball game launchers
Rocking Chairs: Tracing patterns for rocking chairs, cutting backs for rocking chairs with scroll saws.
String/Ball Assemblies - add to Paddle Games; package Paddle Games in ziplock bags
Airplane wings - drill countersunk center hole and attach to fuselages
Airplanes: Installing wings on airplanes, then install two wheels on airplanes
Basketball game launchers - sand and mark location of screw pilot holes; drill pilot holes in launchers.
Installing wheels on toys - two wheel presses set up
Inventory of completed toys: count/label/record/box up

Danny and Jerry: using RIGID sanders to sand and shape a number of wheeled vehicles.
