The special interest group (SIG) focusing on Scroll Sawing is held at Rick Weisbeck’s shop on the third Thursday of each month. All members are welcome to attend these “scroll saw focused” get-togethers.
A small group of RCWA members attended the May meeting of the Scroll Saw Special Interest Group (SS SIG) at Rick's Shop on Thursday May 19, 2022.
We made plans to build a Victorian Queen Fretwork Clock for the next Woodworking Show. This will stretch our skills as scrollsawers, but the completed project will be an heirloom item. The clock will be 17 " High x 21" Wide and include one 3 1/2" clock insert. Rick will begin the search for the appropriate wood for the project.
