This is the time of year that everything just seems to come together all at one time. The critters that have been in development for the last ten months are about 99% complete, so last weekend, we began the intimidating task of sorting between 1200 to 1500 small wooden scrollsawn items into ten sets of "Critters" for the Critter Bags. A set (consisting of 10-15 critters) is then placed into cloth bags. This is the Critter Bag toy.
Patsy Hood and Pat Graves along with Kathie and Mary Jo have been sewing up cloth bags all year to hold the critters to hold and complete the "toy". On Thursday afternoon, Mary Jo and Kathie and Al met to put the critters in the cloth bags and pack them for Christmas giving. They packed about 113 bags and have lots more critters ready to put into bags for next year.
