Toy Packing Day and Distribution 12-3-2016

Attendees (24):  Al Oines, Ed Pike and Kimmer, Danny and Mary Green, Rollie Lynde, Bob and Kathie Buchanan, Lon Gose, Julian Wigen, Paul Douglas, Gary Graves, Grant Coffin, Darwin and Lauree Buus, Rick Weisbeck, Steve Larson, Ron Fisher, Bel Felix, Mary Jo Anderson, Larry Deibert,  Frank DiCesare, Jerry Norsen, and Mark Kline.



December 3, 2016:  Toy Packing Day
     8:30 AM -  truck drivers met at Rick's Shop to load toys into trucks - approximately 135 boxes.

     8:30  AM  - everyone else met at the CLUB FOR BOYS Shop to set up tables in the kitchen area in preparation for the arrival of the trucks bearing toys.

     9:00 AM to 12 Noon - After arranging toys in order and reviewing the process, we began filling TOY PICK LISTS.   Toys were packed for distribution into 25 groups with 22 different types of toys.  Larry Deibert delivered toys to Black Hills Habitat for Humanity and Love, Inc.  Gary Graves will be delivering toys to Needs Free.  Julie Garreau and Stacy Phelps from Eagle Butte picked up toys to deliver to the Cheyenne River Youth Project.  The rest of the toys will be delivered on Tuesday Dec 6th, 2016.
