Weather today:  Rainy, windy, temperature at game time:  46 degrees

Due to rainy weather outside, all rough sanding and routering operations were cancelled for today.

Attendees (23):  Harley, John, Jerry, Patsy, Kathie, Bob, Darwin, Lauree, Jim, Ken, Danny, Mary, Bel, Rollie, Julian, Al, Rick, Ed, Lon, Mary Jo, Paul, Frank, and Grant.

Activities today:
 
    Hand-sanding finished toys
    Marking and drilling axle holes on trucks
    Installing wheels on wheeled toys
    Installing wheels on airplanes
    Installing wings on airplane fuselages
    Installing rotors on helicopters
    Building airplanes
    Miniature routering of critters
    Bandsawing toys to shape
    Cutting toys to shape on scrollsaws
    Counting and packaging completed toys and tagging for inventory/storage

During the week, Rick installed plexiglass covers on 53 turtle banks and packed them up and put them into inventory.


Results today:
    Toys completed, packed and sent to inventory: 236
    Total Toys in inventory to date:  1649

Weather today:

Activities today:
    Building airplanes
    Build tugboats
    Installing wheels on wheeled toys
    Hand-sanding sealed toys (fire trucks, Busses, PT Cruisers)
    Marking and drilling pilot holes in airplane wings
    Cutting toys to shape on scroll-saws
    Sanding and routering first time of toys
    Sanding curved parts with 1" belt sander
    Sanding inside of round windows or holes with oscillating sander
    Begin assembling tugboats with axle pegs, cabins, and stacks
    Counting and packaging completed toys and tagging for inventory/storage

At least ten boxes of toys were returned from home workshops, and several more boxes of toys were taken to home workshops by Don Roberts, Mary and Danny Green, and Lon.  A new bit was installed in the residence router (3/16" roundover).

Results today:
    Toys completed, packed and sent to inventory: 348

Mini-Workshop at Rick's Shop on 9-15-2019: Tractors 🚜

Results today:

9-15-2019:  112 tractors were packaged and added to the inventory.
    Toys completed, packed and sent to inventory:  112
    Total Toys in inventory to date:  885 + 112 =  997


9-19-2019:
    Cradles were sprayed, fitted with quilts, and baby dolls put in place:  15
    Toys completed, packed and sent to inventory:  15 
    Total Toys in inventory to date:  997 + 15 = 1, 012

9-20-2019  Turtle Banks were fitted with plexiglass and sent to inventory:  53
   Toys completed, packed and sent to inventory:  53
   Total Toys in inventory to date:  1,012 + 53 = 1,065
