Community Event - Kenadi 's Karnival and Silent Auction. 6-23-2018

All - we will be participating in the Kenadi’s Karnival and Silent Auction Fundraiser tomorrow at Spearfish High School.  Please be at Spearfish High School by 9 am to help set up.  Bob, Rick, and Danny will be bringing most of the items needed for the toy van giveaway event.  There is a slight change to the venue - we will be indoors in the Main Gym at Spearfish High School due to the chance of rain, plus the football field is very soggy at this time.  Hope to see you there!  Bob B

SPEARFISH, S.D. -
This Saturday, June 23, the Kenadi Jean Weis Foundation presents the 3rd annual Kenadi’s Karnival & Silent Auction Fundraiser. The carnival was created in honor of Kenadi who passed away unexpectedly at age five. Due to an anoxic brain injury at birth, Kenadi was non-verbal and confined to a wheelchair. The funds will go toward an inclusive playground where kids of all physical abilities and conditions can have fun.

Your ticket to fun is Saturday, June 23, 2018

Spring is in the air and on Saturday, June 23, 2018 the Kenadi Jean Weis Foundation presents the 3rd annual Kenadi’s Karnival & Silent Auction Fundraiser.  This colorful main event is coming to the Spearfish High School grounds from ten in the morning ‘til four in the afternoon.

Our celebration will once again feature Carnival Games and Prizes, Bouncy Castles, Petting Zoo, Balloon Creations, Strider Bicycle Course and Races, Train Rides, Face Painting, Disney Princesses & Super Heroes, Photo Booth, Dunk Tank, Sweet and Sizzling Fair Food, Live Entertainment and an amazing Silent Auction!

The 501(c)(3) non-profit Kenadi Jean Weis Foundation was created in honor of our little June bug who passed away unexpectedly at age five.  Due to an anoxic brain injury at birth, Kenadi was non-verbal and confined to a wheelchair but, she had a loving spirit, understood more than you realized, and possessed great determination.  During her brief visit on earth, she touched many lives.

We continue to raise funds to build an all-inclusive playground destination in Spearfish, SD.  This impressive and unique universally accessible play environment will welcome kids and families of all ages and abilities to meet, interact, learn and grow together through parallel play.

Come One, Come All and join the fun on Saturday, June 23, 2018!
