Reminder to All - tomorrow is the day we have been working toward all year!
The toys are all done and the tables are ready for sorting and picking. Pick lists are printed and packing labels printed.
Please note the earlier time: we will meet at 8 am. This is a new venue for our packing, so we might need a little extra time. Please bring your 2 wheel carts and running shoes. If you have extra paper sized boxes, you could bring them too. If you are picking up to deliver, please clear your trunks or pickup boxes, and fill your gas tanks.
Please park in the large parking lot on the south side, so we will have room for vehicles picking up toys in the lot closest to the basement door.
So in summary - Toy Packing and Distribution will take place tomorrow morning Dec 4, 2021, in the basement of the annex to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church at 910 Wood Ave in Rapid City starting at 8 am going thru noon. Note the earlier time! Hope to see you there!
