March 2013 General Meeting

The General Meeting of the Rapid City Woodworkers Association was held on Monday nite, March 11, 2013 at 910 Wood Ave in Rapid City from 7 pm to 9 pm.

At the meeting, we covered the following items.

·         Dues/Treasurer’s Report

·         Sign-in / Email / Newsletter check

·         Next Shop Tour/Event – April 6 – Julian Wigen’s Shop

·         Next Toy Workshop – Saturday  March 16th – 9 am to noon

·         Next SS SIG

·         Next Meeting – April 8th, 2013 – 7 pm

·         Toy Program update:  Research and Development (R&D) - New Toys for 2013; Toymaking Status

·         Woodworking Display Cases

·         Wood Recovery Project – on-going - for all members

Following the discussion was Show and Tell of current projects.
