10.             Toy Program update/STATUS

     a.       Toy project - HILLS ALIVE – A Day in the Park – Hope for a Lifetime!

           i.      Time:  Saturday July 20^th - 9 am to 1 pm

           ii.      Signup for 1-2 hour time slots

           iii.      What: make and give toys to approx 200 kids – color – add wheels

           iv.      Where:  Memorial Park

    b.     Toy Plans Management System

            i.      Located on web-site under TOY PROGRAM – TOY DOCUMENTATION –              Toy Patterns for Deliverable Toys

           ii.      Physical File Cabinet in RCWA Shop

           iii.      On CD for mobile applications

c.     Wood Recovery Project – continues - We will need boxes and helpers

d.     TOY APPLICATIONS – will send out requests for updates to last years orgs in July + receiving new applications:

         i.      The Hope Center – basic day services for the homeless

         ii.      Love Inc
