The crate was designed by Jerry, Danny, Ken and others during a break at the Spearfish Knecht GAV Event on 10-13-2018. Changes were made to the original concept, and a Bill of Materials drafted on Sample Parts. The first Prototype was glued up - without nails. Parts were cut by Danny Green and Jerry Hood prior to the workshop. The crates were assembled during our Saturday Toy Workshop on 10-20-2018 at the Shop at the Club for Boys. Dennis, Jerry, and Ken built a Jig for Production Assembly. Then the crew on the Assembly Line - Jerry, Darwin, Paul, and Ken – got busy and, the rest is history. Paul Douglas delivered the crates to YFS on the following Monday, 10-22-2018.
