Toy Workshop 6-15-2019 (TWS 2019-09)

Toy Workshop:  June 15th, 2019 from 9 to noon at CFB
Temperature at game time:  70 degrees F, sunny, windy

Attendees (24):  Tony, Lon, Danny and Mary, Jim, Ethan, Ken, Darwin and Lauree, Ed, Gloria, Harley and Terri, Kathie and Bob, Frank, Jerry N, Al, Rick, Richard, Ralph, Gary G, Jerry H, and Grant

Activities today:

     Hand Sanding after sealing:  love bugs.  Gloria, Kathie
     Installing wheels/pegs:  thin fire trucks, tow-mater trucks, delivery trucks.
           Harley, Terri, Richard, Frank, Mary G, Lon, Lauree
     Prototyping Tractor for Sturgis Threshing Bee:  Jerry H, Darwin, Bob
     Sanding with Rigid sander/Routering:  Jim, Ethan, Jerry N, Al, Ken
     Sanding with Oscillating Spindle Sander:  Tony
     Maintaining Band saw:  Grant and Danny
     Band-sawing toys to shape:  Grant
     Scroll-sawing toys to shape:  Ed, Darwin, Rick
     Inventory Prep for CFB Pinewood Derby:  Jerry H, Al, Bob

Results today:

     Toys completed, packed and send to inventory: 68
          Rick transported the completed toys to Store Room.
     Total Toys in inventory to date: 195 + 68 = 263
     Gary Graves brought in two boxes of toys, ready for finish.  Lon took home a box of blanks to work.  Frank took home the remaining thin firetrucks to install pegs for ladders, and flashers.

Wheel Installation moved to area outside shop
due to non-standard setup for the star-wars room.
IE, we were unable to use tables, or large rubber balls would escape.
