Turtle Banks

Rick has completed the drilling of the center section of the banks with a 3" hole saw.  He is almost done with cutting the bank to its final turtle shape.  Next will be sanding., routering, sealing, spray finishing , and finally nailing down the CNC-cut plexiglass circles.


Planned Tasks for TWS on Oct 2

  1. Drill rotor axle holes in helicopters (several types)
  2. Hand-Sand edges of rotors
  3. Handsand sprayed toys with wet/dry sand paper.  Then Install wheels on wheeled toys
  4. Install rotors with black axle pegs on several types of helicopters
  5. Sand tugboat cabins
  6. Mark holes for airplane wing screw.
  7. Drill and countersink holes in airplane wings
  8. Handsand sealed toys
  9. Handsand sprayed toys with wet / dry sandpaper
  10. Install strings in 1" wooden balls for basketball games and paddle games
  11. Drill holes in hull of tugboats
  12. Begin assembling tugboats
  13. Begin assembling airplane wings to fuselage
  14. Install wheels on helicopters and airplanes
  15. Cut, sand, router and sand again on toys
  16. Handsand backboards slots.
  17. Drill holes for available “stacks” in Locomotives.
